Live stream viewer-hours count time spent watching a live stream on your website. Replays and YouTube or Facebook viewers don’t use this allowance. Recording allowances count the duration of recordings you process, not the number of services.
One live stream viewer-hour is one person watching your live stream for one hour. Over a four-week month, Growth’s 200 viewer-hours cover about 50 people watching a one-hour live stream each week; Pro’s 400 cover about 100. Recorded playback doesn’t count.
Keep your plan and arrange more live stream viewing when you need it. Choose an additional capacity pack, with no automatic overage charges. For very large audiences, ask about a tailored plan.

Recording allowances are measured in hours per month across every plan. Live stream viewing allowances are separate and cover website live streams only. Audience examples are estimates, not concurrent viewer limits.

Choose Growth to bring live streaming and a branded media website into the same workflow. Pro adds recording and live stream viewing capacity, custom streaming destinations, and priority support.
One person watching your website’s live stream for one hour uses one live stream viewer-hour. Ten people watching for half an hour use five. Growth includes 200 live stream viewer-hours per month; Pro includes 400. As an example, that covers about 50 or 100 people respectively watching a one-hour live stream each week over four weeks. These are examples, not simultaneous viewer limits. Recorded playback does not use this allowance.
No. Only live stream viewing delivered through your ServiceClip-hosted website uses your live stream viewer-hours. People watching on YouTube or Facebook, and people watching recordings on your website, do not use that allowance.
Pay once for the year and get 12 months for the price of 11. Starter is $539 per year, Growth is $1,089 per year, and Pro is $1,969 per year. The monthly figures shown for yearly billing are the annual totals divided by 12; payment is collected yearly.
Our first 30 churches get Growth for $99 instead of $129 and Pro for $179 instead of $249 per month. Your founding rate stays with you while your subscription remains active on that plan. Yearly billing applies the same one-month saving to those rates.

These capacity packs are valid for 12 months. Additional storage is $5 per 100 GB per month. Yes. Cancel any time from Plan & billing in the app. A monthly plan runs to the end of your current billing period. A yearly plan runs to the end of the year you paid for. Plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee: cancel within 30 days of your first payment and we refund it in full.
